How to use

1. Can be used as often as needed.
2. In daily use, in hygiene and prevention of nasal infections:
1. 1 to 2 times a day, spray for 1 to 2 seconds in each nostril.
3. In treatment of nasal symptoms, in case of runny & stuffy nose:
1. 4 to 6 times a day, spray for 1 to 2 seconds in each nostril.
